Cancelation Policy
Deposits
Deposits are required to secure your reservation:
1 – 6 days, deposit is equal to first night’s rate.
7 – 30 days, deposit is $125
31 days or longer, deposit is $200
No refunds for early departure. Guests are allowed to change their original reservation up to two (2) times. The second reservation change will be charged a minimum $25 change fee, per site, per stay. For reservations longer than 30 days a fee of $50 applies. Guests that would like to change their reservation more than twice forfeit their deposit and a new reservation must be made.
Deposits
Please call 541-271-4020 at least 72 hours prior to your stay.
$25 per reservation, per site for stays less than 7 days.
$45 per reservation, per site for stays between 7 and 30 days.
$75 per reservation, per site for stays more than 30 days.
Cancelations with less than 72 hours’ notice:
Forfeit whole deposit.
Rain checks:
Rain checks may be issued as credit for a future stay at future rates. Rain checks are only issued on a case-by-case basis and expire 1 year from the date of issue.
