Oregon Coast RV Park Rules
1.
Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00am. At all times noise levels should not be heard outside of your site (including but not limited
to animals, music, vehicles, personal voices, etc.). Please respect the right for all guests to enjoy their stay peacefully and
quietly.
2.
Rental rates are for up to four people only. No
additional persons are to reside in your RV unless
express prior permission is granted and an
“additional fee” is paid.
3.
No more than one vehicle plus one RV may occupy
the space at one time (small boats may be located
within the sites designated area).
4.
All guests not on the rental agreement must register
at the office. OCRV will designate additional guest
parking passes and spots if needed. All guests will be
assigned a space as available and a guest slip must
be in the window of the vehicle. Any vehicles without
a registered guest slip will be towed without
exception at owner’s expense.
5.
The guest is responsible for the cleanliness of the RV
site; which must be kept free from clutter and debris
or any other unsightly or undesirable items to be
determined by management. Tarps on roof tops will
not be permitted at any time. External storage in your
RV site is not permitted unless it is under the RV,
2’ tall x 2’ deep x 4’ long dimensions.
6.
All RVs must be clean, well maintained and in road-
ready condition. Any vehicle left for over seven days,
inoperable or not, will be towed at the owner’s
expense. They must have current registration and
insurance. RV’s must remain in a movable condition
and not be affixed to the ground.
7.
Trash must be placed in containers provided by the
Resort. Larger items such as furniture, car parts,
appliances, must be transported to the landfill by the
guest. Do not place any item outside the trash
receptacle or a fee will be added to your site.

8.
RV shall be water & sewer ready, have operating
holding tanks and shall be no more than 15 years old
(unless approved by OCRV Registration Office).
9.
Equipment such as log splitters, power tools,
refrigerators and ice machines will not be permitted
within your RV site.
10.
Commercial sales of any type of product are strictly
prohibited in the resort (i.e. ice, candy, firewood,
crafts, etc.)
11.
Vehicle repairs and maintenance are not to occur at
your site unless it is a very minor operation intended
to get the vehicle operable.
12.
Washing vehicles is prohibited in the resort without
permission by the Resort, as well as an approved
scheduled date.
13.
The speed limit is 5mph throughout the resort; do
not exceed the speed limit even in an emergency.
Always watch and yield to children, pedestrians,
pets and wildlife.
14.
Music should be at a moderate level during the day
and early evening hours. Music must be turned off
during quiet hours 10pm – 8am. Obscene music will
not be tolerated. Loud voices or excessive talking and
or disagreements will not be tolerated and are
grounds for immediate removal.

15.
The RV and premises shall not be used for any type of
illegal activity including the use, manufacture, sales,
or distribution of any illegal and/or illicit drugs/
substances. Guests found to be participating in
these activities will be required to leave immediately
and local authorities will be notified. Furthermore,
unused rent will not be refunded and the deposit shall
be forfeited.
16.
Each site is allowed two pets only. Pets
must be kept on a leash (no more than 6 feet long) at
all times. If your pet is found outside of your site and/or
disrupting other guests or staff you will be given one
warning to eliminate the problem, if it persists, you may
be asked to leave the resort. All pets must have current
vaccinations. All Pets must not be left unsupervised
outside your RV. Pets making excessive noise or
causing disruption will be asked to vacate park with or
without owner.
17.
Farm animals and livestock are not allowed under any
circumstances.
18.
Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by
an adult at all times. Children left unattended will be
told to return home immediately, and a note in site
owner’s account will be made. If problem persists the
guest will be asked to leave the resort.
19.
Any guest that threatens harms or is abusive to any
other guest or staff member will be asked to vacate
the premises immediately and will not be allowed to
return.
20.
When vacating an RV site, all personal property
must be removed by the guest. Any dump fees or
labor costs incurred to clean up your site will be
charged back to the departing guest.
21.
Monthly Rent is due each month on the same day
you first checked in. A 5 day grace can be given
with office approval, otherwise a $50.00/day late
fee will be assessed.
22.
Fishing is not accessible from the resort
